you really shouldn't even be uploading images like this if they aren't your own creation, it's stated on the site's rules

So then is Brian Joseph Valeza an employee of the company,
if so, then you are advertising what your company can originally create.
if not, then its not an artwork of what your company can offer and is giving false implications of what you can offer and is just showing your favorite pictures and using this site for its unintended purposes.
